We clean rugs very differently than everyone else in Harrisonburg and surrounding areas. We do a full dusting and then a submersion bath style cleaning - no one else in the Shenandoah Valley does this.

Dusting
Vibration Technique
We turn your rug upside down on our dusting floor and use vibration technology to free any dirt or dust
Air Method
For delicate rugs, we opt for the pressurized air method. We turn your rug right side up and blow out the dirt and dust
Washing

Urine Affected Rugs
For rugs with urine stains or odors, we use deodorizing rug shampoo made with essential oils and a soft nylon brush cleaner, then saturate and soak in our submersion bath
Regular Washing
Saturated in the submersion bath, shampoo with low-surface tension biodegradable cleaner, and rinsed rinsed
Drying Process
We use two methods of drying: hanging racks or flat drying.
We dry all area rugs in a controlled-environment room to ensure proper drying and care.
